Boomf is a fun & exciting brand with a large online presence in the greeting card industry. In 2021, Boomf’s founders put the business into administration. Our team was tasked with helping the new owners put the ‘Boom’ back into ‘Boomf’ at short notice for their upcoming Valentine’s & Mother’s Day Campaigns.
Our Solution
Using location and product-based targeting in their email campaigns ready for their key trading period. This included timely messaging and user segmentation for their Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day campaigns in Boomf’s fun & exciting tone of voice.
Using a series of A/B testing, Performatic was able to make data-led decisions to optimise open rates and product orders. Following on from the campaigns with Boomf, we have continued to advise their email strategy to make improvements to their automations.
